It's hard to believe my baby sister Chels is turning 17. We've always had a close relationship. I am 13 years older and spent a lot of time taking care of her when she was younger. We enjoyed swimming, crafts, and shopping! When my mom would attend her school conferences all the teachers would say the same thing, that all Chels talked about was her older sister Rach! :) We still enjoy weekends together and she's still the only one who can out shop me.
