Yo Gabba Gabba Party

Ava was invited to Jaidens 3rd birthday and she had a blast.  She enjoyed the games which included popping balloons and "pin the eye on Muno."  It was also so cute seeing her at the kids table eating her cake.  I was so upset I forgot my camera but I was glad to get a few pics from some others at the party.

Indoor Snow

The last time we had snow it was way too cold to go outside and play.  So, we brought the snow in!  As you can see, Ava enjoyed herself and it was a fun activity that kept her busy for a bit.

Momma's Boots

Ava loves shoes.  She's put on my heels, tennis shoes, and even wears Jons slippers.  Recently, she got a hold of my big boots.  It was hilarious watching her try to get these on and then stand up.  She eventually got it, and was even able to walk around!

Sesame Street LIVE

We took Ava to her first show. Sesame Street LIVE! Since she likes music, singing, and dancing so much we were hopeful she would actually watch the show. And she did!! She sat on our laps the entire time and danced and clapped along. It was so cute, and seeing her excitement was totally worth it.

We arrived early because I thought there were going to be characters out for pictures.  No luck.  So Ava had fun running the Sprint Center.

 

 

Waiting for the show to begin, she was dancing along to the music playing.  She also enjoyed her first taste of cotton candy!

 

 

We got lots of video clips of Ava dancing and clapping.  You can tell she's having a great time, dad too!

New Skill

Ava learned to pedal her tricycle.  She rides her bike all over the house now, it's really cute.  She rides around with the biggest smile on her face.  We chase each other around and I tell her to pedal really fast!  It's cute when she backpedals a few times before going forward so she can get momentum.  She's gets hung up every now and then but is doing really well managing the pedaling and steering.

First Snow

We got our first snow!  It was soo cold, only 9 degrees, so Ava didnt get to stay out too long.  She would have stayed out all day if we would have let her!  She loved kicking, running, and throwing the snow.  Of course, eating it too!
