Rubbermaid Tub

When we pulled out the totes with Christmas decorations Ava took a big interest in them.  First she wanted to play hide and seek all the time, but then she basically started living in the tote!!  She'd hide out in there with her snacks and tablet.  Leo loved the crates as well.  Sometimes Ava shares her house with Leo, but usually she's yelling at him to leave her alone and to get out, lol.

 

Snow

We have not had as much snow as we have in the past few years. Figures since this is the first year I bought a whole snow suit!! Ava enjoyed herself even though it was just a couple inches.

Sesame Street LIVE

We almost skipped the show this year, but recently Ava took on a strong interest in Sesame Street.  It took her a bit to soak it all in but after that she was dancing and smiling during the show.  So glad we went.

Dance Birthday

We had fun celebrating with Jaiden for her 4th Birthday.  It was a Hello Kitty dance party.  A little tumbling, a dance lesson, and of course yummy snacks.  Ava followed directions well with the dance lesson and I was surprised how well she did on the sack jump!

1/2 Birthday

Avalyn, you were beyond excited to celebrate your 1/2 birthday (a little tradition Grandma D started). You let everyone know it was "your birthday", and we had to tell everyone it was your 1/2 birthday. You were still talking about it days later.  When we ask you how old you are now, you proudly proclaim "THREE and a HALF!"

Ava had fun at her Valentines party.  They had snacks and exchanged cards.

Ava has won a couple photo contests lately.  One was a summer photo contest, which they just announced the winner.  The other was a Christmas photo contest.
