We also had tea in the Queens Tea Parlor. It was so good and we had fun playing with the hats! It was 4 courses. A scone, fresh fruit, tea sandwiches, and dessert.

Colorado - Miramont Castle
We also stopped at Miramont Castle for a tour and high tea. It was interesting to learn about the history and architecture of the castle. Miramont means, "Look at the Mountain." The castle is 14,000 square feet and has 40 rooms. There are 9 different styles of architecture used. The castle was built along the mountain and "stair steps" up the mountain so the front door is on the 1st level and the back door is on the 4th level.
The tour also included the fire fighter museum.
