Ellie

Avalyn was Star Student of the Week. She got to bring home the class "Pet" Ellie the Elephant for the weekend. It even came home in a pet carrier, lol!  We took lots of pictures of Ellies weekend adventures with Avalyn. They had a sleepover in a tent in the living room, dyed Easter eggs, went to see Disney on Ice in Downtown KC, visited Baby Noah, and even met the Archbishop!

In addition to bringing Ellie home they had a fun theme each day of the week

Monday - Bring weekend pictures for the bulletin board and tell the class about her weekend
Tuesday - Avalyn was interviewed by her class
Wednesday - Bring your favorite book for story time.  She chose Billie's Underwater Adventure
Thursday  - Bring a special item to share - She chose her autograph book from Disney World
Friday - The entire class drew Ava pictures and wrote her notes

She had so much fun as Start Student of the Week!
