We Cook - Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Ava had such a fun time at our cooking class that I decided to subscribe to these WE COOK KITS by Baby Boy Bakery. Each month we get a recipe and some accessories in the mail.  There are pictures and step by step instructions along with a story about what inspired the recipe.  This month it was Lemon Blueberry Muffins

I did similar to our cooking class where I organized the ingredients but didn't portion them out so she could practice measuring.

She did great!  She learned in class to "tap tap pull"

She probably had the most fun with the zester!  She liked the sound it made.

These were sooo good!  They were yummy and very very moist!  The fun thing about the kit is it came with an extra 12 muffin holders to bake it again.  I'm already thinking of trying raspberry with orange zest.
