Pumpkin Patch

We tried a newly opened pumpkin patch this year and it was great!

Ava loved jumping on the big bounce pillow.  Her hair ties kept bonking her in the face!  I took them out.

Ava played in this sand box for 45 minutes.  It took her a little bit but she finally figured out how to maneuver this digger. 

Of course Ava loved the dancing!

Pumpkin Hallow

We went to Deanna Rose to check out their Pumpkin Hallow event. It was all the great fun of Deanna Rose Farm + a seasonal pumpkin patch. Ava loved the big slide and the tractor ride. Ava and Crosby also had fun jumping off the big hay bails!

Dance Class

This year Ava is on the Mini Company competition team!  They compete in 2 local competitions but do not travel to nationals or any conventions.  So it's a nice way to get a taste of competitive dance and see if they like it. 

She's been working hard and here's a sneak of her dance.  The group has only had 6 classes so far, so they are doing a good job! 

Ava has Princess Combo (Ballet and Tap) before this class and they get to wear princess costumes.  So that's why she's wearing a princess dress!

Crosby's Birthday

Crosby had his birthday at a trampoline park. The kids loved it! They bounced for an hour. I even bounced for a little bit too!! Ava really wore herself out because the next morning she slept until 8:30!  She's usually up by 7am.

These two are the biggest goof balls!

Liberty Fall Festival

We headed to my hometown fall festival again this year. Ava and Gavin had lots of fun at the carnival and playing games. Ava even won a fish! She won it by throwing a ping-pong ball into a fish bowl. We also walked the vendor booths and the kids got to decorate a pumpkin. They also enjoyed meeting the fireman and seeing the fire truck. We wrapped up the visit with a snow cone.

I cant believe I paid $5 for the 20 cent fish!!!  Ava was thrilled though.  The fish made it's home at Grandma's house.  Sadly, it didn't survive the night!

Church Fall Festival

Our church had a little fall festival. Ava had lots of fun in the bounce houses, but her favorite was all the games and prizes!

This was Ava's favorite game!  She played it over and over.  Id say at least 10 times.

Fall Cheer Rally

Ava got to perform her Cheer Rally in front parents and some of her classmates. This is her 3rd session of Cheerleading at school.  It's so fun to watch her, you can tell she just loves it.  She has improved so much in the last year too!  I asked her what she liked best, dance class or soccer.  She said, "I like cheerleading!"  My favorite parts from the video are where she goes "round and round like a hula-hoop" and she does a really neat "X" jump during the Loco-Motion.

Her Coach said, "Ava does very well on her dances, she knows all the moves before we even start the music.  Dancing is her thing!"
