Night of the Living Farm

We went to the farm for the "Night of the Living Farm" event. Ava loves the cartoon Shimmer & Shine, so this year she's a genie for Halloween!  We had a fun time at the Farm.  There was trick-or-treating, hotdogs & kettle corn, "mad science", marshmallow roasting, tractor rides, hay rides, dance party, and of course animals! 

Ava does not like fire.  So I was surprised she like roasting marshmallows!  She did it three times.  She wouldn't eat them though!!  Even though I tried to explain that they are super yummy!

Ava has a 15 minute break between dance classes.  Each week these princesses have a "picnic!"

Frozen Party

I'm having Disney fever with our upcoming trip to Disney World next spring so we had a fun Frozen Tea Party with Elsa and Anna as special guests! 

 

The kids had fun completing several "tasks" to become true princesses/princes.  They popped bubbles, danced, and went on a scavenger hunt.  They also got to choose to get make up or face paint.  The event ended with them getting to pick three gifts out of the treasure box and getting pictures with Elsa and Anna.

 

Can you tell someone is excited??   That morning she said, "It's going to be so AMAZING when my friends get here!!"

Princess bread, cucumbers, scones, muffins, grapes, crackers, cream puffs, cookies, and mini sandwiches.

Their favorite was "pop the balloon."  They stretched out into a circle until it "popped" and all the kids fell to the ground.  All the kids giggled with delight and thought this was the best thing ever!!

Pumpkin Patch

We tried a newly opened pumpkin patch this year and it was great!

Ava loved jumping on the big bounce pillow.  Her hair ties kept bonking her in the face!  I took them out.

Ava played in this sand box for 45 minutes.  It took her a little bit but she finally figured out how to maneuver this digger. 

Of course Ava loved the dancing!

Pumpkin Hallow

We went to Deanna Rose to check out their Pumpkin Hallow event. It was all the great fun of Deanna Rose Farm + a seasonal pumpkin patch. Ava loved the big slide and the tractor ride. Ava and Crosby also had fun jumping off the big hay bails!
